The trajectory of what is now Nômades began in 1986, in the neighborhood of Fátima, in Fortaleza–CE, with the pioneering work of Dr. Bernadete Espíndola in the real estate and legal markets. Inspired and guided by her uncle and mentor, Dr. Itamar de Santiago Espíndola — one of the most respected jurists in the State of Ceará and a notable scholar of Real Estate and Succession Law —, Dr. Bernadete consolidated her reputation based on ethics, technical knowledge and commitment to excellence in customer service.

For decades, Espíndola Imobiliária has dedicated itself to the rental and management of properties. The choice of the name Espíndola was a fitting tribute to Dr. Itamar, whose life story inspired the pillars of credibility, tradition and professionalism that have sustained the company's growth for over 35 years.

In 2013, the founding of the Itamar Espíndola Advocacia law firm marked a new chapter. The firm brought to the legal market the solid experience of Dr. Bernadete, now accompanied by a qualified team of lawyers committed to the mission of offering solutions in the areas of Real Estate and Inheritance Law, always based on the values inherited from their mentor.

Over the years, the entrepreneurial vision of Cristiano Espíndola - the new generation of the family - has driven the expansion of the business. In 2019, Cactos Coworking was born, an innovative and collaborative space aimed at entrepreneurs and freelance professionals who value dynamic, creative and integrated environments.

In 2024, the Listados brand was created, a technology platform focused on content and solutions for the real estate market, reaffirming the group's commitment to innovation. In the same year, Orna Invest was also created, a company dedicated to implementing credit and investment solutions in the sector, connecting investors to opportunities in the real estate market.

The union of these companies culminated in the formation of the Orna Group, which brings together operations in the fields of brokerage, real estate management, technology, law and investments — always guided by the mission of contributing to the growth and development of the real estate market, with ethics and security.

We are currently experiencing a time of transition, with the change of the Espíndola Imobiliária brand to Nômades, strengthening our base and expanding horizons for the future.
