Credit Analysis
The rental credit analysis is an essential step to rent a property with Nômades . In it, we assess your ability to pay the rent and the rental charges throughout the contract.
It is important that there are no restrictions on credit protection agencies, unless this is proven to be undue.
How does it work?
1. You provide your details - We need some personal and income information. It only takes a few minutes and you don't need to send any documentation.
2. We assess your income and payment capacity - When renting properties, the sum of the incomes of the prospective tenants must be equal to or greater than 2.5 times the value of the rent and rental charges.
3. Result - You will receive the result of the pre-analysis, which can be:
a) Positive, without the need to send further information;
b) Positive, with the need to present additional documents and/or information; or
c) Negative, if the profile is incompatible with our credit policy.
With the result, we will send you instructions for sending documents, signing the contract and handing over the keys.
